By accessing or using ThunderZone's professional email infrastructure services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Account Registration and Approval

2.1 Application Process

All account requests must go through our review and validation process. We reserve the right to approve or reject any account request at our sole discretion.

2.2 Account Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Service Usage

3.2 Storage Limits

Your account is subject to storage limits based on your plan. We reserve the right to suspend or limit accounts that exceed their storage allocation.

3.3 Email Volume

Excessive email sending may trigger security reviews. We may implement rate limiting to maintain service quality and prevent abuse.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Subscription Fees

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged according to your selected plan and billing cycle.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are due in advance for each billing period
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is received. Accounts suspended for non-payment may be deleted after 30 days.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

We implement industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
